Joe is currently contracted to Premiership team Leeds after spells with Rotherham and Sale. He has always been passionate about rugby at grass roots level. During his time as captain at Rotherham he was the club's community manager, overseeing coaching in local schools. He has also maintained a close relationship with his first club, West Leeds RUFC, and has been the club’s coach for a number of years. Joe is an excellent coach and is able to pass on technical advice and training drills from the professional game.
