The Ilkley Easter cricket course took place this week at Westville House School. Boys and girls aged between 7 and 11 attended the 3 day course to perfect their skills before the new season. The young cricketers learned new skills in batting, bowling and fielding from Sam Anderson and James Finch. The children also benefited from some advice on cricket the West Indian way when Dalton Polius (West Indies U19 player) offered some tips on the final day.

As the weather was so good we were able to play and train outside everyday, by the last day it was clear to see the improvement made by all the young cricketers. We wish them all the best for the upcoming season.
