Below are some of the cricketers who have benefited from our coaching in the past.

Jack Seddon

Sam Anderson first started working with Jack when he was 10.  Since then Jack has gone on to represent Yorkshire at every age group from under 11's to under 14's.  He is a talented wicket keeper and top order batsman as he demonstrated in the 2009 season by scoring a century for Yorkshire under 14's against Kent under 14's.

Patrick Dixon

Patrick has received one to one coaching from coaches at SA Sports Coaching for the last 3 years.  In that time, he has transformed his game through a combination of good coaching but more importantly his own hard work.  Patrick works as hard as any other junior cricketer and deserved his selection for Yorkshire under 11's in 2008 and then the under 12's in 2009.  He had an excellent season for Yorkshire under 12's in 2009 making matchwinning scores on a number of occasions, most notably 42* against Durham under 12's.

Charlie Elliot

Charlie was captain of the Yorkshire under 13's team which reached the final of the ECB County Championship in 2009.  He has captained Yorkshire at each age group and represented the under 11's for 2 years.  He is an extremely elegant batsman as he proved when scoring an unbeaten hundred for Yorkshire under 11's against Warwickshire under 11's.  Charlie has received one to one coaching from SA Sports Coaching at the York Cricket Academy and is an exciting prospect for the future.

John Swain

John was a talented junior who was good enough to represent Yorkshire as a schoolboy.  He played senior cricket in the Central Yorkshire and Bradford leagues but then didn't play the game for over 15 years due to work commitments.  However in early 2009 he decided to play again and signed for Collingham CC in the Aire Wharfe league.  He then contacted SA Sports Coaching to arrange a series of one to one sessions in the lead up to the season.  John worked hard and he had a successful season, scoring over 500 runs for Collingham in the 2009 season.

Jack Harrison

Jack currently keeps wicket for the successful Yorkshire under 13's team which reached the final of the ECB County Championship in 2009.  He is an opening batsman as well as an exceptional wicket keeper, who holds the record for most dismissals in a season for Yorkshire under 13's.  Jack attends Leeds Grammar School and is due to tour Sri Lanka with the school 1st XI this Easter.  He has received one to one coaching from SA Sports Coaching for the last 3 years and, if he maintains the progress he has made so far, will progress a long way in the game.
