SA Sports Coaching has teamed up with Bradford City star Dave Syers (pictured below) to bring you a series of football courses across Yorkshire. Dave has always been passionate about grass roots football and sees this as an excellent way to help the next generation of footballers follow a similar path to his.

Dave started his junior football at Collingham FC (where many of our courses are based), then went on to play non-league football for Ossett Albion, Farsley Celtic and Harrogate Town. In 2010 he signed professional terms with Bradford City after impressing Peter Taylor during a trial period which included a crucial goal in City's win over Nottingham Forest in the Carling Cup.

As well as David's expertise, SA Sports Coaching also has some highly qualified and experienced coaches. Many of them have spent time coaching on soccer camps in the USA and are keen to pass on their knowledge to the young footballers in Yorkshire. All our coaches hold current CRB checks and have many years experience working with children.

The football coaching camps run during the school holidays and typically run from 10am - 3pm each day, with each child receiving a free SA Sports Coaching football. The courses are held at local football clubs and schools with excellent training and changing facilities.

The team of coaches will aim to cover all aspects of the game in a fun and safe environment. Courses are typically open to 6 - 13 year olds and children are then split into groups according to age and ability to allow quicker progression.
