Complaints procedure
SA Sports Coaching makes every effort to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of its customers. We always aim to provide outstanding customer service. However, if you're not happy with the service you've received, please contact us, your complaint will be investigated and given a full and prompt reply.
SA Sports Coaching respects and upholds your rights when it comes to making a complaint. You have the right to:
- have your complaint dealt with efficiently, and investigated in a polite and professional manner
- have your complaint resolved in a timely manner
When should I complain?
As soon as possible. We aim to provide excellent customer service and therefore any complaint is of great importance to us. Please contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a response within 72 hours.
